Finally Arnav had to call Garima "Amma". Garima escapes from Dadi by moving to Lucknow.But when Dadi and Raizadas visit the GH then Dadi happens to see the Gupta family photo on the wall. And she recognizes Garima. The truth revealed is:
1. Payal and Arnav are step brother and sister.
2. But there is no blood relation between Khushi and Arnav.
And finally Arnav had to call Garima as "Amma" bcoz she is his stepmother!!
Probably this sounds much confusion. Lets put the possibility this way :
Arnav's father's:
1st wife Arnav's mother - Children - Arnav,Anjali
2nd wife Garima - Children - Payal
Now Khushi is Payal's mausi's (Garima's sister) daughter hence cousin of Payal. Payal,Arnav and Anjali are having blood relationship but Khushi is not having blood relationship other than Payal.
When Arnav's mother came to know about Garima and Payal, she commited suicide.
Can't this be possible?

but payal is shashi's biological daughter right..
Than who is shashi a joker sitting on wheelchair it can't be possible
this is the worst twist,.. let garima b their halwai's or servent's daughter who revealed somthing about arnav's dad to arnav's mom....thus dadi hates her...or something like that.
if they are planning any such stupid twist i will never watch the show again.
